Key Qualifications:
- California SLP License required
- Experience with K-12 student populations preferred
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed, though Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates encouraged to apply
- Prior background in school-based or pediatric speech therapy is beneficial
- Strong communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to fostering student growth in academic and social communication
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in grades K-12
- Design and implement individualized treatment plans
- Provide direct and indirect therapy services
- Track progress, maintain thorough documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teaching staff and parents to support student progress
- Offer guidance and resources for classroom-based communication strategies
