Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Gustine, California

Qualifications:
- Valid and current California SLP License required
- CCC-SLP preferred; consideration for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates
- Strong background in pediatric and school-based speech-language pathology
- Experience in Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and implementation
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 students
- Develop, implement, and update individualized therapy plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Work closely with teachers, parents, and support staff to maximize each student’s progress
- Maintain accurate and timely therapy records, progress reports, and documentation
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and provide consultation as needed
- Adapt interventions to fit individual students’ educational and developmental needs
