- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across K-12
- Provide direct and consultative speech/language therapy services in accordance with each student’s IEP
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student outcomes
- Maintain thorough clinical documentation and timely progress reports
- Employ evidence-based interventions tailored to each student’s needs
- Participate in IEP meetings and support students’ transitions between grade levels
