Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Noblesville, IN
Step into a rewarding contract opportunity for the upcoming 2025-2026 school year as a Speech-Language Pathologist serving K-12 students across three vibrant Indianapolis school communities. This role offers a chance to positively impact diverse learners in a Montessori school and two innovative exploratory schools.
You'll provide full-time speech therapy services (37.5 hours per week) to elementary, middle, and high school students. Your expertise will support communication, language development, and social skills, collaborating with education teams to ensure that every student’s needs are met.
Qualifications:
- Active license as a Speech-Language Pathologist (Indiana required)
- SLP-CCC or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates eligible
- Previous experience in a school environment preferred
- Solid knowledge of best practices for speech/language intervention in K-12 youth
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver speech/language therapy in alignment with student goals
- Work with multidisciplinary teams to support education plans
- Manage a diverse caseload across three school sites, adapting to unique student and family needs
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in regular IEP meetings
- Provide progress updates to stakeholders including families, teachers, and administrators
