- Proven skill with consistent progress monitoring and clinical documentation
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal communication abilities
- Willingness to be flexible with caseload assignments to meet school needs
- Full-day onsite availability, with a dependable commute
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement direct therapy sessions for elementary-aged students
- Complete thorough evaluations, develop appropriate IEP goals, and closely monitor student progress
- Maintain detailed, timely documentation in line with school and state guidelines
- Engage actively with teachers, educational teams, and families to ensure comprehensive support
- Participate in team meetings, providing expertise and advocacy for students’ speech-language needs
- Adapt quickly to changing caseloads or assignments as needed
