Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Delaware Speech-Language Pathologist License/Certification (required)
- Strongly prefer prior experience in a school environment, especially at the elementary level
- Demonstrated ability delivering speech-language therapy and conducting thorough student evaluations
- Background in developing IEP goals and collecting/documenting student progress data
- Exceptional communication skills and a team-oriented approach to collaborating with teachers, families, and related service providers
- Commitment to working onsite for the full school day; punctual attendance is essential
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to elementary school students
- Complete comprehensive speech-language evaluations and assessments
- Participate in the IEP process, including goal development and team meetings
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and student progress records
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support staff to foster students’ development
- Adapt to evolving caseload assignments as needed based on district requirements
This assignment is scheduled to run from now through mid-June 2027, following elementary school hours. The interview process is streamlined and conducted via Google Meet (15–30 minutes).
