A Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) role is available for the 2025-2026 school year in Middletown, NY, serving a K-12 public school with a primary focus on elementary grades. This contract position offers the opportunity to work with a caseload of approximately 35 students in one location, providing vital support in speech and language development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough speech and language assessments and develop individualized therapy plans
- Deliver targeted direct therapy tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Collaborate with teachers and school staff to implement accommodations and modifications
- Monitor student progress and adapt interventions as needed
- Participate actively in IEP meetings to help establish student goals

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Possession of a valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
