Speech Language Pathologist in New Milford, NJ

Preferred Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure for Speech-Language Pathology
- CCC-SLP credential or current eligibility to complete Clinical Fellowship (CFY)
- Background in providing therapy within school environments
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Compassionate approach for working with children of diverse backgrounds and needs
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement therapy plans tailored to individual student needs
- Work collaboratively with school staff and families to maximize student growth
- Maintain accurate records and progress notes
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute to goal planning
- Support students with a range of speech-language disorders in both group and individual settings
