Speech Language Pathologist in New London, WI

Preferred Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
- Demonstrated ability to assess, diagnose, and treat a variety of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborative approach to working with teachers, support staff, and families
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized or group therapy to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop effective treatment plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with general and special education teachers to support students’ IEP goals
- Participate in student progress meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team decisions
- Maintain meticulous documentation in alignment with district and regulatory requirements
- Support staff and parent training initiatives to foster language enrichment outside of therapy sessions
