Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure in Wisconsin)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but Clinical Fellows are also encouraged to apply
- Background working in school settings, familiarity with IEPs and educational therapy best practices
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for K-12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students’ unique needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional input on goals and accommodations
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school policy and legal requirements
- Offer prevention, intervention, and consultation services within the school community
- Engage in ongoing professional development and educational trainings
