Based near New London, NH, this flexible contract role is set to run through June 2027, offering a predictable schedule of 8 hours per week—ideally condensed into one full day to efficiently address student needs and complete essential documentation.
Key Qualifications:
- Current New Hampshire SLP licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Demonstrated background working in school settings
- Experience delivering services to students with selective mutism
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with both students and staff
- Proficiency in administrative documentation and participating in necessary meetings
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct, individualized speech-language therapy to three enrolled students, focusing on selective mutism and related communication challenges
- Develop and execute appropriate intervention plans, adapting strategies to meet student needs
- Complete necessary progress notes and administrative documentation to a high professional standard
- Participate in student-focused meetings and communicate effectively with educational teams to ensure comprehensive support
- Maintain compliance with all state, district, and practice guidelines
