Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy to three enrolled students, addressing communication needs related to selective mutism and other speech challenges
- Prepare individualized treatment plans and regularly assess student progress
- Document all therapy sessions, communications, and progress as required
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team discussions
- Complete approximately six hours of direct services weekly, with additional time allocated for documentation and meetings—performed over a single 8-hour day each week
