Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders (required for SLPs)
- ASHA CCCs, CFY candidates, or SLPAs encouraged to apply
- Hold or be eligible for state licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- Previous experience in schools or similar pediatric/education environments preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
- Commitment to fostering a supportive and inclusive learning space
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and group speech-language therapy to elementary students
- Conduct screenings, assessments, and participate in IEP development and meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other support staff for comprehensive student support
- Document student progress, maintain timely records, and adjust treatment plans as needed
- Participate actively in ongoing professional development
