Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related area (CFs and SLPAs considered!)
  • Current or eligibility for North Carolina licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
  • Previous school-based experience valued—open to seasoned SLPs, CFs, and SLPAs
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Deliver onsite speech/language therapy for elementary-aged students
  • Design and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student growth
  • Contribute to IEP meetings and documentation
  • Flexibility to adapt to caseloads and locations within the district
