School Speech Language Pathologist - Denton, North Carolina

With immediate openings available for three onsite SLPs, you’ll provide essential support to students while collaborating with a dedicated educational team. Both experienced SLPs (CCC) and newcomers, including SLP-CFs and SLPAs, are encouraged to apply. Hybrid work arrangements may also be considered.
Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure as an SLP or SLPA
- ASHA CCCs preferred, but Clinical Fellows (CFs) and SLPAs will be considered
- Previous experience in a school environment, especially at the elementary level, is a plus
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to a flexible caseload, with caseload and building assignments to be determined
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students, primarily within an elementary school setting
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress and IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and track student progress
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of student plans
