Qualifications:
- Active or pending licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC, CF, or SLPA) in North Carolina
- Strong knowledge of speech, language, and communication disorders in children
- Experience in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Collaborative approach and a passion for supporting diverse student needs
- Strong organizational and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and direct intervention for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Maintain thorough documentation and individualized education plan (IEP) tracking
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multi-disciplinary teams to foster student success
- Deliver therapy services in-person at an elementary school, with hybrid models also considered
- Contribute actively to IEP meetings and educational planning
