Speech Therapist in Rockwell, NC

- Experience conducting speech and language evaluations, screenings, and developing annual IEP goals.
- Comfortable presenting in IEP meetings and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver in-person speech-language therapy to K–8 students across designated campuses.
- Conduct initial and re-evaluations, write present levels of performance, and set individualized goals.
- Maintain accurate records in ECATS and provide data-driven progress reports.
- Attend and actively participate in IEP meetings as a key member of the team.
- Consult with educators and caregivers to foster communication growth and advocate for student needs.
