Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in New Britain, CT

Qualifications:
- Valid Connecticut SLP license required
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Open to Clinical Fellows (CFY) and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence holders (CCC)
- Prior school-based experience with high school-aged students is an advantage
- Strong communication, adaptability, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to students as outlined in their IEPs
- Evaluate, diagnose, and document speech/language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that address both academic and functional needs
- Partner with teachers, parents, and support staff to ensure student growth in inclusive settings
- Travel as needed to OOD and parochial sites to deliver services
