Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Washington, District of Columbia

A K-12 public school in Washington, DC is seeking a skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to provide targeted support during a maternity leave coverage period. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy services to students from kindergarten through 12th grade
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Facilitate direct therapy sessions and monitor student progress
- Maintain thorough documentation and comply with school district protocols
- Participate in team meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary intervention planning
Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certification and licensure to practice in Washington, DC
- Experience working in pediatric and school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with teletherapy is a plus but not required, as this position is onsite
- Ability to work collaboratively with students, staff, and families
- Current Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
