Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active state SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Clinical knowledge of IEP development and implementation
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in K-12 students
- Develop individualized treatment plans in collaboration with educators and families
- Document progress and maintain thorough records in accordance with school and legal requirements
- Deliver both one-on-one and small group therapy
- Guide teachers and families with strategies to support language development in the classroom and at home
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expert input and advocacy
