Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Valid SLP licensure and CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Experience working with pediatric populations in a school-based setting
- Ability to supervise SLPAs and support their ongoing development
- New graduates (CFY) with strong credentials are also encouraged to apply
- Proficiency in conducting comprehensive speech and language evaluations
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to their IEP goals
- Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations to determine students’ needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapeutic treatment plans
- Supervise and mentor two SLPAs, providing guidance and feedback
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to ensure holistic student support
- Document services and progress in compliance with school and legal requirements
