Early Childhood Speech Language Pathologist in Naperville, IL

Qualifications and Desired Experience:

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments and deliver targeted speech-language therapy to early childhood students
- Collaborate with educators, families, and fellow SLPs to develop and implement effective intervention strategies
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in annual performance reviews
- Engage in monthly colleague meetings and roundtable discussions to foster teamwork and professional growth
- Leverage resources such as professional development courses and a region-wide social intranet for real-time collaboration and idea sharing
- Take part in process improvement initiatives and regular 1:1 leader check-ins for support and feedback
