Early Childhood School Speech Language Pathologist - Joliet, IL

Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communicative Disorders
- Active or eligible Illinois SLP license or CFY status

- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Willingness to learn new technology and platforms for virtual collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to early childhood students
- Complete evaluations, develop treatment plans, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize available equipment and testing materials in daily practice
- Participate in monthly meetings, roundtable discussions, and team check-ins with supervisors and leaders
- Engage in ongoing process improvement to promote innovative and efficient service delivery
