Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license or eligibility for license/CFY in Illinois

Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide direct intervention to students with speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and progress monitoring for early childhood caseloads
- Maintain accurate documentation and participate in annual performance reviews
- Attend and contribute to monthly collaboration meetings, roundtables, and regular 1:1 supervisor check-ins
- Engage with peers, leaders, and other specialists via an interactive online platform for real-time support and resource sharing
