Qualifications and Skills Sought:
- Valid SLP license (CCC or CFY acceptable)
- Background in pediatric and school-based speech therapy
- Familiarity with delivering services in healthcare and teletherapy settings
- Proficiency in developing, implementing, and tracking IEP goals
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Ability to adapt and travel between buildings, as needed
- Experience with common electronic IEP systems (training available)
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to a diverse student caseload
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and generate written reports
- Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families
- Develop individualized treatment plans and therapy goals
- Document progress and participate in IEP meetings
- Utilize teletherapy tools to supplement onsite services as necessary
- Remain current with best practices and district procedural guidelines
