Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Naperville, IL

Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Illinois SLP license
- Eligibility for or possession of ASHA CCC; Clinical Fellows (CFY) are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience, ideally within a school or teletherapy setting
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, speech disorders, and assistive technology
- Effective communication and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evidence-based speech and language therapy to a diverse K-12 caseload
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized IEP goals, and track student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in team meetings and professional development activities
- May provide or receive supervision, depending on experience level
