What you bring:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders (SLP)
- Valid California SLP license or eligibility for licensure
- Experience working with K-12 student populations in a school setting preferred
- Ability to conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and develop individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment
Key responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services to a diverse K-12 student caseload
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop, monitor, and document progress towards IEP goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to student evaluations
- Provide consultation and resources to teachers and support staff
