Speech Pathology - Napa, CA

Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid SLP license or eligibility for licensure in California
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, CFY candidates welcome
- Previous pediatric, K-12, or educational setting experience highly valued
- Excellent communication, time management, and collaborative skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language services to K-12 students
- Evaluate, diagnose, and update individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Develop targeted interventions addressing articulation, language, voice, fluency, and social communication needs
- Monitor student progress, maintain documentation, and communicate results to parents and staff
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and administration to support student learning and advocacy
- Participate in team meetings and professional development throughout the contract
