Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP
- Previous experience in a school-based setting preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
- Ability to develop rapport with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech-language therapy services to PreK–12 students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice disorders
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and track measurable student progress
- Collaborate closely with teachers, special educators, and parents to support academic and social development
- Consult on classroom strategies and accommodations for students with speech or language difficulties
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines
