What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current CCC-SLP certification
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain
- Experience in school-based practice strongly preferred
- Excellent interpersonal skills for collaborating with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to manage a variable caseload and adapt to changing needs
- Commitment to evidence-based, individualized service delivery
What you’ll do:
- Deliver assessments, screenings, and direct therapy to K-12 students in accordance with IEPs
- Document progress, maintain up-to-date records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans designed to foster improved communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to support student learning
- Support MTSS/RTI initiatives as needed
- Provide recommendations for classroom accommodations and modifications
