Position Overview:
In this role, you will work directly with students across multiple grade levels, providing individualized therapy and evaluations tailored to a wide range of speech and language needs. You’ll be part of a supportive team that values communication, consistency, and student-centered care.
Qualifications:
- Active Pennsylvania SLP license, PA school certification, and PA school clearances
- Prior experience in schools or pediatric settings is a plus
- Strong understanding of speech and language disorders in school-aged children
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams and families
- Organized and detail-oriented with accurate documentation practices
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students onsite
- Perform assessments and develop IEPs aligned with student goals
- Work closely with educators, special education staff, and families to promote progress
- Maintain compliance through thorough documentation and progress tracking
- Attend meetings and contribute to team-based planning and student success strategies
