Step into an impactful, rewarding role by providing speech and language support to K-12 students—primarily in the K-6 age group—in an engaging educational setting. You’ll collaborate with a team of Speech-Language Pathologists, each holding a balanced caseload of around 35 students. Assignments span several elementary schools, intermediate (5-6), middle, and high school environments, as well as a few out-of-district placements.

Enjoy a consistent, full-time contract schedule, working 35 hours per week from 7:30 am to 3:30 pm, Monday through Friday, in alignment with the school calendar. Hybrid flexibility is available for up to one day per week via Zoom, offering a blend of in-person and remote engagement.

What We’re Seeking:

  • Active Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathologist Certification
  • Required experience with Medicaid/MA billing
  • Previous work in school settings and pediatric populations
  • Proficiency in pediatric evaluations, IEP development, and implementation
  • Ability to adapt services across K-12, with a primary focus on K-6
  • Experience or strong interest in teletherapy practices
  • Clinical Fellowship Year candidates welcome

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy and conduct thorough evaluations
  • Develop and manage IEPs using the Sapphire system (technology provided)
  • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, school staff, and families
  • Travel as needed among school sites and out-of-district placements (within York County)
  • Hybrid service delivery up to one day weekly via Zoom
  • Maintain detailed documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
