Speech Language Pathologist in Mount Gilead, OH

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active Ohio SLP license required
- SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Experience with high school students preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Commitment to evidence-based practices and student-centered care
Role Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services to high school students
- Develop, implement, and monitor Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech/language and communication disorders
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists for comprehensive support
- Maintain accurate, timely records and participate in IEP meetings
- Provide ongoing feedback and strategies to teachers and caregivers
- Support students’ academic and social development through targeted intervention
