Key Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in a school setting
- Previous experience working with school-aged children, including conducting individualized assessments and delivering interventions
- Familiarity with developing and implementing IEPs for students with a range of speech and language disorders
- Strong interpersonal and collaborative skills to work effectively with students, teachers, and parents
- Ability to manage documentation and caseload requirements efficiently
Primary Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments to identify students’ speech, language, voice, or fluency needs
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized treatment plans and goals
- Provide direct therapy to students individually or in groups as dictated by IEPs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and allied professionals to support educational outcomes
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide input on student progress and recommended supports
- Maintain meticulous records and progress notes in accordance with school policies
