Speech Pathology - Moses Lake, WA
Make a genuine impact on students’ communication skills in a school-based environment near Moses Lake, WA, supporting PreK–12th grade. Two positions are available, each offering a consistent 37.5-hour workweek for the 2026-2027 school year, running from August 2026 through June 2027. This opportunity is open to professionals with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credentials who are eager to work collaboratively with educators, families, and students.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Valid SLP license or eligibility to obtain one in Washington State
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
- Experience with school-aged children is valued, but energetic new graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
- Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders for PreK–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in coordination with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
- Communicate progress to teachers, staff, and families, offering strategies and support
- Participate in IEP meetings, student assessments, and professional development as required
- Create a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages student participation and growth
