Working across Route 66 Elementary and South Mountain Elementary, you’ll play a critical role in the academic and social development of K-5 students, managing a diverse caseload and collaborating with dedicated educators.
Qualifications:
- Valid New Mexico SLP license
- PED credential (must be in hand at time of application)
- SLP-CCC certification
- Previous experience in school-based SLP settings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Manage a caseload of 35+ elementary-aged students with varied speech and language needs
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide therapy, assessment, and ongoing documentation
- Collaborate with fellow staff and families to ensure student progress
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive educational environment
