Position Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and qualified Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to support elementary students. This is a full-time remote opportunity serving students across two elementary school sites, providing vital speech and language services to help students succeed academically and socially.
Key Details
- Schedule: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week
- Caseload: 35+ students
- Grade Levels: Kindergarten – 5th Grade
- Work Setting: Remote (teletherapy)
Responsibilities
- Provide virtual speech-language therapy services to K–5 students
- Conduct assessments, evaluations, and re-evaluations
- Develop and implement IEP goals and treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and compliant documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff
- Participate in IEP meetings and progress reporting
Qualifications (Required)
- Active New Mexico SLP License
- PED (Public Education Department) Certification IN HAND at time of submission Candidates without both credentials already active will not be considered Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred Strong communication and teletherapy skills
