Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Proven experience or strong interest in the pediatric population, especially within school environments
- Ability to provide remote/teletherapy interventions as needed
- Commitment to evidence-based practice tailored to individual student needs
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Compassion, patience, and enthusiasm for supporting diverse learners
- Familiarity with Individualized Education Program (IEP) development and progress monitoring
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech and language assessments to inform therapy plans
- Deliver direct therapy services to students individually or in groups, both onsite and virtually
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student goals
- Maintain thorough documentation and contribute to IEP meetings
- Provide consultation and training to staff and families as needed
