Qualifications & Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Experience with pediatric or elementary school-age populations strongly preferred
- Familiarity with school-based SLP practices and processes
- Prefer candidates already holding an active North Carolina SLP license
- Excellent communication, organizational, and documentation skills
Role Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop individualized plans for students
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in classroom and pull-out settings
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and support staff to promote student success
- Maintain accurate service logs, reports, and documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute insights to multidisciplinary teams
