Pediatric Speech Therapist in Taylorsville, NC

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP license and eligibility in the state
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (SLP-CCC) or Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in pediatrics and/or school-based settings
- Skill in evaluating and treating a range of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
- Comfortable utilizing ECATS and documenting for Medicaid compliance
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality, direct speech-language pathology services to students at both elementary and preschool levels
- Provide consultative and support services to teachers, families, and other staff
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, develop intervention plans, and implement individualized therapy
- Participate actively in IEP meetings—contributing expertise and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain timely, accurate records in ECATS and complete Medicaid documentation as required
- Engage with onsite teams and provide flexible, evidence-based support across both designated school sites
