Speech Language Pathologist in Mooresville, NC

This full-time, onsite role spans the academic year from August 13, 2026, through May 28, 2027, working Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 3:30 pm, totaling 37.5 hours each week. You’ll be supporting a diverse caseload, working closely with students and educational teams to foster communication skills through specialized, evidence-based therapy.
Key Qualifications:
- Active North Carolina Speech-Language Pathology license required
- Will consider SLP-CF applicants under supervision
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred but not mandatory
- Experience within school-based settings serving elementary and/or middle school students highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Deliver onsite speech-language therapy to a caseload of elementary and middle school students
- Conduct assessments, develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation in compliance with school and state requirements
