We're seeking a dedicated and collaborative Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team for a full-time, school-based position in beautiful Monument, Colorado. This is an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact while working with a manageable caseload across two school sites.
Position Details
Position: Full-Time Speech-Language Pathologist
Location: Monument, CO
Schedule: Full-time, school calendar
Caseload: Approximately 44 students
School Sites: 2 school locations
Qualifications
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
Active or eligible Colorado Speech-Language Pathology license
School-based experience preferred, but qualified candidates with relevant experience are encouraged to apply
Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Responsibilities
Provide speech-language evaluations, assessments, and therapy services.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEPs.
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
Maintain accurate documentation and complete required compliance activities.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student success through evidence-based practices.
