Qualifications and Desired Experience:

- School-based experience is highly valued, but open to candidates eager to work in educational settings
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and engage with students, families, and educators
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student's needs
- Maintain required documentation and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate closely with teachers, counselors, and parents to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy services and consultations as needed
- Monitor student progress, adjusting interventions as necessary to maximize outcomes
