Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Active state licensure (or eligibility) as required for school-based practice
- Experience working with adolescent populations, especially in high school settings, is strongly valued
- Proficient in providing services via teletherapy platforms and in-person delivery
- Strong communication and organizational skills, with the ability to collaborate closely with staff, families, and students
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students with diverse needs
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student goals
- Deliver direct therapy services in group and one-on-one settings, both onsite and virtually if needed
- Monitor progress, maintain detailed records, and report results to teachers, parents, and related service providers
- Participate actively in staff meetings, IEP conferences, and professional development activities
- Advocate for students’ communication needs within the school community
