Qualifications & Experience
- Active Minnesota Speech-Language Pathologist License is required
- Professional Educator License at Level 2, 3, or 4
- Prior experience in a school-based setting is highly desirable
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Ability to manage an itinerant schedule across schools, tailoring support to varied student needs
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Role Responsibilities
- Provide direct therapy and diagnostic assessments to students (PreK–12)
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Maintain thorough documentation in line with district and state requirements
- Travel between assigned schools to deliver onsite services
- Participate in IEP meetings, multidisciplinary team discussions, and staff professional learning
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students
