Pediatric SLP in Lakeville, MN
Provide specialized speech-language pathology services in educational settings located in Lakeville and the St. Paul, MN areas. This position offers part-time hours, approximately 2 to 2 ½ days per week, with opportunities to support evaluations and work in K-8th or K-12th grade buildings. This role involves managing a caseload of roughly 12 students and may also be open to Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy services tailored to student needs in school environments.
- Conduct speech and language evaluations to support student assessments.
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other professionals to develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes.
- Provide teletherapy services when applicable.
Qualifications / Desired Experience:
- Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology preferred.
- Experience working with pediatric populations in school settings.
- Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.
- Willingness to provide evaluation support as part of the role.
- Open to consideration of qualified Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs).
