Pediatric School Speech and Language Pathologist | Minneapolis, Minnesota

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid CCC-SLP certification, or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidacy
- Experience or training in working with pediatric and high school populations
- Active state licensure as required for school-based practice
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organization skills
- Prior familiarity with teletherapy platforms (such as Voco) is a plus, but not mandatory
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer speech and language therapy to high school students, providing both assessments and direct intervention
- Develop individualized treatment plans based on student needs and IEP goals
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers and parents, to support student progress
- Document sessions, maintain compliance records, and contribute to IEP meetings as necessary
- Utilize Voco to provide engaging, effective, and flexible remote services
