Speech Language Pathologist in Minneapolis, MN

Qualifications and Experience:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license (MN)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) required
- Demonstrated experience in a school setting preferred
- Strong organizational and communication abilities
- Ability to work onsite during school hours, Monday through Friday
- Passion for supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, evaluations, and assessments to identify speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Deliver direct and indirect therapeutic services to students in accordance with IEPs
- Consult regularly with teachers, support staff, and families to monitor student progress and adapt plans as needed
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation and comply with state and federal special education requirements
- Engage in professional development and remain current on best practices in school-based speech therapy
This assignment is part-time, averaging approximately 18 hours per week, with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule. The position begins in March 2026 and continues through early June 2026, offering a supportive environment and the satisfaction of helping students succeed.
