Soliant Health is partnering with a school district in Milton, Florida, to hire a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) for the upcoming school year. This full-time opportunity is ideal for an SLP who is passionate about helping elementary-aged students develop the communication skills they need to succeed in the classroom and beyond.

Responsibilities
- Conduct speech and language evaluations for elementary school students.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with students' IEP goals.
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success.
- Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation.
- Monitor student progress and modify treatment plans as needed.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Active or eligible Florida SLP license.
- Florida Department of Education certification (or ability to obtain if required).
- ASHA CCC-SLP preferred.
- Clinical Fellows (CFs) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills.
