Qualifications
Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
Active Florida Speech-Language Pathologist license (verification screenshot required)
Open to both SLP-CCC and SLP-CF candidates
Previous school-based experience with K–12 students preferred
Strong assessment, treatment planning, and IEP development skills
Ability to effectively monitor progress and maintain documentation
Commitment to inclusive practices, cultural responsiveness, and student-centered care
Key Responsibilities
Provide direct onsite speech-language therapy services to K–12 students
Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on student needs
Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate on goal development and progress monitoring
Partner with teachers, administrators, families, and support staff to promote student success
Maintain accurate, timely, and compliant documentation of services provided
Advocate for students through prevention, intervention, and communication support strategies
Support student access to curriculum and participation across academic and social environments
