Desired qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current or eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
  • Prior experience within a school setting is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Comfortable working exclusively onsite with elementary-aged students

Key responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and provide direct therapy for students with speech, language, and communication needs
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) and participate in IEP meetings
  • Work collaboratively with classroom teachers, parents, and other specialists to support students’ progress
  • Deliver engaging intervention sessions and accurately document student progress
  • Offer strategies and resources to teachers and families for continued student success
