Essential Qualifications:
- Maryland SLP license (current and in good standing)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY credential
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly desirable
- Outstanding communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Passion for supporting student growth in diverse educational settings
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, educators, and families to optimize student outcomes
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and support the implementation of intervention strategies
- Utilize technology and resources effectively for teletherapy and on-site services within a hybrid model
